Definitions and General Terms

These terms and conditions apply between the dkwim platform and its users. The meanings of terms used herein are defined below:

• "Platform" — dkwim's website, mobile site, and related services.
• "User" / "You" — any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — the user's own registered profile.
• "Bonus" — any additional credits or offers provided by dkwim.
• "Wagering" — the total amount of bets required before a bonus can be withdrawn.

By accessing the platform or creating an account, you will be deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account at dkwim, the user must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform. dkwim may request proof of age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if the required documents are not provided.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person will result in the closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any bonuses. The same rule applies to multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

It is mandatory to provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account closure and any winnings earned may be forfeited. Any changes to personal information must be reported to the dkwim support team without delay.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at dkwim is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — the source of the deposit and the account holder must be the same person.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally transferred to your payment account within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. For permission to use an alternative method in exceptional circumstances, please contact the support team.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on dkwim are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳14,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the original deposit. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses are usable on the platform only; they cannot be converted to cash until wagering is complete.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified period from the date they are earned; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously until the wagering on the first bonus is complete.
• dkwim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse of bonus benefits or fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.

Fair Play and Security

5.1 Fair Play Policy

dkwim is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment. All game outcomes are determined randomly. If any user attempts to influence game outcomes through software, bots, or any form of manipulation, the account will be closed immediately.

5.2 Data Security

dkwim uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information. You are strongly advised not to share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. The security of the account is the user's own responsibility.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

dkwim follows a strict policy to prevent money laundering. If suspicious transactions are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation. Information may be shared with legal authorities if required.

Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

1. Creating multiple accounts to earn bonuses.
2. Using another person's identity or payment method.
3. Using bots, automated software, or any manipulation tools.
4. Attempting to collect bonuses or winnings through fraudulent means.
5. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
6. Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
7. Using the platform for unlawful purposes.

If any of the above activities are found, dkwim retains the full right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

VIP and Loyalty Program

dkwim has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. Contact the support team for more details about VIP benefits. dkwim reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Account Suspension and Closure Rules

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please make sure to withdraw any available balance before making the request. Once the account is closed, any remaining bonus credits will be automatically cancelled.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by dkwim

dkwim may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following cases:

• If a breach of the terms and conditions is detected.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• If required documents for verification are not provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• Due to legal or regulatory obligations.

Responsible Gambling and Limits

Limitation of Liability
